The most common part of your home that we inspect are the floor and wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, carpentry works (eg. wardrobes, kitchen cabinets) other appliances, basic electrical fittings and others. These are the main areas where home defects are most likely to occur.
There are also other works we inspect, eg basic electrical fittings like the lighting points, electrical sockets, air condition fan coils, and others.
For landed houses, we would also inspect staircases, railings, gates, boundary walls, drains, external walls and other works not normally found in condominiums.
